I have been casually learning Mandarin for several months now. A few phrases here and there, mostly work related, but also for fun. I found out about a blog site run by Yahoo in China that makes it easy to post where Chinese people can read and comment on what you have to say.

I signed up for a blog there in March and have been contributing regularly to the site, less so here.
